1. Eligibility
• All participants must be properly registered before race
day.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years for the Marathon
• • Each participant must present a valid ID at the
registration desk.
2. Registration & Bib Numbers
• Participants must collect their race bibs and kits during
the official collection period.
• Bib numbers are non-transferable — running with another
person’s bib is grounds for disqualification.
• Bib numbers must be clearly visible on the front of the
runner’s shirt throughout the race.
3. Health & Fitness
• Participants should ensure they are medically fit to run.
• Any runner with health conditions must inform the medical
team prior to the race.
• No participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or
performance-enhancing substances.
• Medical personnel and race marshals have the right to
remove unfit runners from the race.
4. Race Conduct
• Follow the official race route at all times; shortcuts or
deviations lead to disqualification.
• Obey instructions from race officials, marshals, and
security personnel.
• Respect fellow runners — no pushing, tripping, or
obstructive behavior.
• No littering — use designated bins for water bottles and
waste.
• Headphones or earphones are discouraged for safety reasons.
5. Timing & Finishing
• Timing chips (if used) must be properly attached as
instructed.
• The race officially begins at the sound of the starting
horn/gun; early or late starts may affect timing.
• Runners must cross all timing mats and checkpoints to be
eligible for an official finish time.
• Only those who complete the full course within the
stipulated time limit will be recognized as official finishers.
6. Hydration & Aid Stations
• Water and refreshment stations will be available at regular
intervals.
• Use them responsibly; do not block others.
• Medical aid and first-aid posts will be located along the
route — report any injury or distress immediately.
7. Disqualification
• Running without an official bib.
• Receiving unauthorized
assistance (e.g., pacing by a non-registered runner or
vehicle).
• Cheating, misconduct, or tampering with timing devices.
• Failing to complete the full course.
8. Safety & Security
• Follow all traffic and security instructions at road
crossings.
• For safety reasons, no bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades,
or pets are allowed on the course.
• Emergency contact numbers will be provided — memorize or
keep them accessible.
9. Environmental Responsibility
• Help maintain a clean environment before, during, and after
the race.
• Avoid unnecessary noise or disturbance to the community
along the route.
• Participate in waste recycling where provided.
10. Post-Race Conduct
• Upon finishing, proceed promptly through the finish line
area for medal collection, refreshments, and recovery.
• Medical staff will be available at the finish zone for any
assistance.
• Results and certificates (if applicable) will be published
on the event’s official website or board.
11. Declaration & Liability
• By registering, participants agree to all race terms and
release the organizers from liability in case of injury, loss,
or damage.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the
event in case of emergencies, extreme weather, or unforeseen
circumstances.
